Candidates selected are eligible for admission to MBA/MCA/MSc Degree Programme in any one of the immediate two successive batches of admission (i.e.) Academic year (AY) batch or Calendar Year (CY) batch.

Note:

1. Candidate who can produce either Provisional or Degree Certificate and all semester Mark Sheets at the time of admission can only apply.

2. Those who have obtained their U.G Degree by undergoing the course in “Off campus“ system are not eligible.

3. Those who have recently enrolled themselves for some other P.G Programme and undergoing the Programme are not eligible.

1. Separate Entrance Test will be conducted for admission to MBA, MCA Degree Programmes.

Selection and Admission Procedure

1. Candidates who qualify in the Entrance Test will be provisonally selected for admission.

2. A rank list will be prepared based on the marks scored in the DEET and admission is based on the rank obtained.

3. A separate rank list will be prepared for TANCET candidates based on TANCET score and they will be considered for admission as per their rank against the seats set apart for them.

4. Candidates who have obtained their qualifying Degree from an University located outside Tamilnadu have to pay an additional sum of Rs.400 towards recognition fee at the time of admission

5. Fee is payable in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of the "Director, Centre for Distance Education, Anna University Chennai" and payable at Chennai

6. Differently abled persons (Hearing, Visual and Orthopaedic) are exempted from payment of tuition fee for which they have to produce a certificate from an authorised Medical Officer in the prescribed form which can either be obtained from the office of the CDE or downloaded from the Centre's website.
